In the daily operation of the Gummy Bear Counting Machine, the effective operation of the lubrication system is essential to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the equipment. Poor lubrication is a common problem in mechanical failures, which may lead to a series of serious consequences and directly affect the service life, work efficiency and product quality of the equipment. The main function of the lubrication system is to reduce the friction between the moving parts of the machine, reduce wear, slow down the fatigue and aging of the parts, so as to ensure the smooth and quiet mechanical transmission. If the lubrication is poor, these basic functions will be destroyed, which will lead to various failures and hidden dangers.
In the case of insufficient lubrication, the wear rate of mechanical parts is significantly accelerated. Moving parts such as rollers, conveyor belts, drive shafts and gears are in direct contact, and the friction coefficient increases, resulting in increased wear on the metal surface. Long-term wear not only shortens the service life of mechanical parts, but also may cause deformation or breakage of parts, further affecting the normal operation of the equipment. Intensified mechanical wear will also cause abnormal vibration and noise in the operation of the equipment, increasing maintenance costs and downtime.
Poor lubrication can also cause overheating of mechanical parts. The heat generated by friction is difficult to dissipate effectively in the case of insufficient lubrication, which can easily cause local overheating, resulting in thermal decomposition or deterioration of the lubricating oil, forming sludge or carbon deposits, and thus hindering the lubrication effect. Overheating may also cause thermal expansion of mechanical parts, resulting in poor fit and even jamming. In the candy production process, the stability and continuity of the equipment are crucial. Mechanical failures caused by poor lubrication will cause frequent shutdowns of the production line, seriously affecting production efficiency and delivery time.
In addition, poor lubrication will also affect the transmission efficiency of the equipment. Insufficient lubricating oil or grease will increase the friction resistance between mechanical parts, thereby reducing transmission efficiency, resulting in increased energy consumption, unstable mechanical movement, and even jumping. This not only increases energy costs, but may also cause vibration and deviation of the equipment, affecting the counting accuracy and packaging quality of the candy.
In conveying and vibrating devices, insufficient lubrication may also cause adhesion between parts, forming adhesion or blockage, affecting the smooth flow of candy, increasing the error rate, and even causing the equipment to jam and shut down. In addition, the failure of the lubrication system may also cause lubricating oil leakage, polluting the internal environment of the equipment and candy products, and bringing health and safety risks. Lubricating oil leakage will not only lead to a further decline in lubrication effect, but may also cause fire or other safety accidents, especially when the equipment is running for a long time or there are electrical sparks.
Poor lubrication will also have a negative impact on the control system of the equipment. Abnormal vibration and overheating of mechanical parts may cause sensor malfunction, interfere with the automatic control of the equipment, cause counting errors or operational errors, and affect production stability and product consistency. If the equipment is in a state of insufficient lubrication for a long time, the key components of the equipment may be seriously damaged, and even the entire production line may be shut down, causing huge economic losses.
