How to deal with foam and bubble problems that occur during the filling process?
In the complex production process of liquid packaging, dealing with foam and air bubbles is a vital part of ensuring packaging neatness and product quality. By adding anti-foaming agents, Liquid Packaging Line can effectively reduce foam generation in liquids. These antifoam agents have properties that break the surface tension of liquids, quickly and precisely stopping the formation of bubbles. This not only ensures that the packaging liquid is clear and transparent, but also prevents air bubbles from affecting the appearance of the liquid packaging.
Secondly, the Liquid Packaging Line is equipped with a vacuum evacuation device, which is a key technology that can extract gas and bubbles from the liquid from the source before it is filled. By introducing a vacuum environment before filling, the production line effectively reduces the formation of bubbles, thereby ensuring the neatness of the packaging during the filling process.

Before the liquid enters the packaging container, treatments such as filtration may be used to remove potential foam.
